Top Notch is a great restaurant! Everyday specials at reasonable prices with good food put to shame the local chain restaurants in the area. Top Notch is far better and leads a crowded competitive pack on the boulevard.
Great split pea soup on Tuesdays!
Great breakfasts and far less expensive than up the street!
No other restaurant has Dawn, that unique, neat and fabulous waitress that works daily till midnight except Wednesdays, she's doing laundry!
Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming to seniors who eat here daily! -

Good eggs and pancakes - avoid the steak.
Top Notch is a ok restaurant. The breakfast specials are generally pretty good. The exception is the breakfast steak - amoung the toughest I've ever seen. My daughter gave me hers and had my pancakes instead. The eggs, pancakes and "meltdown" skillet were very good. -

Yes, it's a Greek Diner. Yes, the menu has the usual offerings, yes, the Turkey Bacon Club is soooo stuffed and delicious. And don't get me started on the perfect fries. Wait staff is super friendly and efficient. If you're looking for a cozy little diner with superb diner food, come on down!

This was my first time at this restaurant. I must say that I was very pleased. Got their Melting pot skillet to go. It was priced lower than I had expected. Everything was delicious. I will certainly return here again soon.

I come here for the pork chop dinner, salad and the dinner rolls which are really good with butter. My kids always have fun here because the staff is very kid friendly. The kids always get their tenders. The crowd is older, the servers are old school. It is a throwback place that is getting harder to find do to all of these corporate restaurants that just serve generic food and not the tasty old school meals.
